I am very very disappointed in the level of service received from Amanda mnothoza .i have requested her to look into my Blue Bean account which i know has been paid up in full already. As i told her the lawyers were at my work with a garnishee order. She says that maybe they did not allocate the money to the account and i can understand that. she was supposed to get back to me with the lawyers details / find out what happened with the lawyers and the money that i know i paid. It has been more than a month and i am no closer to finding whats up with this matter. Is there anybody that can really assist me with this matter because i have tried calling her on 011-299-4229 but I'm continuously getting voice mail. I left her a voice message but she still didn't reply. I have emailed her on numerous occasions and she isn't very prompt with her responses. Just want this resolved and for interest sake, when i dealt with Nedbank it took them less than 2weeks to get everything sorted and their money was paid in full.
