Over paid Coombe by R14000 to date

I contacted Coombe after finding out from my work that Capitec Sent my accout to the lawyers. Someone came to my work from them and let me sign to pay R13272.72. 2010 end of March they started to deduct 750 from my account to date. but 2012 June they didn't take the money not because there was no money at the bank but for their reasons after that Jul I find out that they did a garnishee at my work. I contacted them with no luck. No one is willing to help. Lady I spoke to was rude didn't want to tell me what is the status of my account I then contacted Capitec heard office, they promised to look at the matter. Someone came back to me from Capitec saying a matter has been resolved but they deducted my money again through garnishee and I don't know what is this garnishee for and I don't know why are they taking my money like this cz this month they took my money again meaning I'm over paid them by R14000 to date. I don't know what to do now any more. I wish someone can help me. I never sign for that to those papers and I still have the copies of that Contract
