Being charged even after asking to close account

I am disgusted and off with the service from Nashua Mobile and the way they treat their customers/ex-customers. I paid up the account in full and in advance right until the contract was supposed to in March 2012. This was three months in advance before the contract had to end and told them to close the account. Now I receive a call informing me that I have been sent to the Lawyers.

Therefore clearly they did not close the account as I have requested. I have been/am being charged for something that I am not using at all and on top of that I have been sent to the Lawyers.
I have asked them on numerous occasions to close the account, but nothing. Now I have been trying to get a hold of the client services, either they do not answer, or I get kept on hold for over 30 minutes which is costing me time and MORE money. I even left voice mails but they do bother getting back to me yet they expect me to pay for a service that I am not using and for a service that is not of any use or help.

I want this matter to be sorted out or I will take this to court!
