Not covering Broken down aircone

Firstly i can understand the ammount of compaints on hellopeter.

My car broke down R30 000 worth of damage to aircon pipes etc. Because of a "later" service they are not paying the claim. The late service had no affect whatsoever on the parts broken down. Secondly no feedback i had to send numerous mails to get feedback and almost a week later ive not yet recieved the policy where it stipulates this ive had to send another mail again this morning. This is the worst insurance ive ever taken on a car ive previously had a golf 5 and even their extedned warrenty covered for tow in and to fix the car. Will never when bying a car accept their insurance again. Made my contribution of R8000 to their "pot"!
