Disregard of customer complaint

I raised the complaint with Discovery on the 05 March 2013 through Hello Peter. I was promised an urgent response by Precious Mann but it been two weeks since she said they investigating and I would be contacted within two days. I am so disappointed because two days has turn to twelf days and still no response. I will take this matter further to the insurance ombudsman.
