Overbilled by Discovery

I am trying to find out why Discovery has over billed me by R181 for the past two months.

Discovery has had the audacity of responding on 8 March to a complaint logged previously for the same matter, and no one has contacted me since.

I can't imagine how such a simple query takes more than two weeks to resolve.
