Hi

i have logged a call on the 6th of March with regard to a voice recording of my policy to date no one has called me back. i have spoken to three people with regard to this. Spoke to the supervisor of the department and still dont get any service from her. It is two weeks now and still waiting. Was advised if i want the recording must come to the office to listen to it. They cannot make you listen to the call. She doesnt answer any questions directly. i have to keep call them for feedback. i left her message twice for her superior and he has not even return my call. Very bad service from Outsurance claims department. Today it was mentioned that they had posted the CD but the post office still on strike so could take a while. Is this what people pay for??? this service???
