A claim was made and the assessor took pictures of the damage to my car. I did not receive a courtesy car when the car was being repaired for 8 days. Only part of the damages were repaired. We were asked to send it back and Outsurance agreed it was their fault so a courtesy car was arranged by Trevor. We called this morning to confirm and we were told that the car will be at he panel beater at 9am. There is no car and Trevor insists that he did not agree to a courtesy car. One of the consultants had the nerve to suggest we take public transport and another suggested we take our car back without it being repaired.
Isnt that a cheek??? Will this recording be edited? Never mind that as if we dont have jobs we must go to Outsurance to listen to the recording. We have been terribly inconvenienced already.
Several people I've spoken to cannot understand why my cars are insured with Outsurance. They are not cheap at all and you would think that its okay to pay a premium for good service... good service my foot!!!

Totally Disgusted!!!
