Car hire paid for but denied after hijacking

On the 12th of March my fiancee was hijacked at gun point.

After your interrogation (In which you received even video footage - you can be very glad that Riaan is one of the few people at Outsurance that is still professional), my fiancee received confirmation that the claim is approved on the 20th.

She received the proof of payment that Outsurance paid MFC the settlement amount on the 20th.

My issue, and I demand an explanation by the EXCO manager for Claims (I do NOT speak to your pathetic call center), is WHY my fiancee was told that she has NO car hire - Although it is part of her monthly premium!!

The pathetic excuse she got - "when Outsurance pays out the claim, she no longer has car hire."

We pay EVERY month for the car hire option - So why is it denied??!!

In what fantasy world do you live where my fiancee can find a new car, get finance & insurance approval, etc and that on a day where it is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY AND IN 1 DAY???

This is beyond ridiculous!! Person X who was in an accident gets car hire BUT NOT MY FIANCEE WHO WAS HIJACKED AT GUNPOINT!!

This is clear discrimination against my fiancee who paid for the car hire.
