YOUR WIFE NEEDS TO WALK TO WORK

My wife was in a motor accident in December. Outsurance towed to Alberante BMW to have the car fixed there.

The car was not ready within the time period of the car hire. We then phone Outsurance to extend the car hire because we was told to phone in once the car hire expire then they will extend the car hire.

From day 1 taking our cover with outsurance we told them that we using the our car for business purposes, Which they made us aware that we wold have a car for the time period our car is in a workshop.

Now that we actually need to extend the car hire because our car is not going to be ready at the promised time. Now we are getting told that we only getting a car for 30 Days. But this is not mentioned when you take out the package, And they don't stop the debt for the amount that they need to actually pay for the car hire. no they still debt your account.

And then i asked the question. How does my wife need to get to work. Does she need to walk to work. And i got a reply YES.

so make sure that once you have taken out a policy with outsurance that you buy your wife a pair of walking shoes because OUTSURANCE WILL NOT HELP.
