I have been calling outsurance regarding a car hire since the 1st Nov. I have requested to the tapes because we have a dispute regarding a car hire. Why will a person take out insurance on your vehicle and not include a car hire! I find this pathetic as I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them while they are resolving the issue. I have requested the tapes and still no response or feedback. I call there number and now the relevant people are not available. This is so pathetic! In the meantime I am battling without a vehicle because they simply just don't follow up!!!
