Repair on Vehicle not done properly

Hi, in 2011 i have put in a claim for car accident. car was fixed by panel beaters who budget insurance refer
me to. they replaced my door and fender. To me it looked like a job well done cause I'm not a expert in that field. What happened was my door got loose and it pressed against the fender which i didn't pick up immediately. All the time I couldn't figure out where the noise comes from every time i opened my door. It got so worst that it damage the fender and when i took it to a local panel beater to go and have a look at it they found out that the parts the panel beaters put on in 2011 was pirate parts and it cant be fixed. i have phoned Budget Insurance a couple of times and and they haven't came back to me as promised. I went back to the panel beaters but they said its not their problem anymore and they admit that the parts they put on was the parts Budget Insurance told them to put on. I don't know what to do anymore.
