Disgraceful service for the festive season

I have never ever experienced such appalling, disgusting and disgraceful service in my life. Outsurance advertisements should be taken off the air and out of newspapers as consumer do not deserve this misleading information at all. As a client of Outsurance your company has failed to deliver a service or a backup that I pay for!!! On the 21.12.2013 my geyser had burst and I called Outsurance at 7.45am and got a reply at 8.07am from an adviser stating that WESTFIELD GENERAL CONTRACTORS will arrive to replace my geyser. The plumber arrived and stated that he did not have a geyser and he will not get one by Monday. What hog wash!!! This contractor should be taken off your list of service providers as all major and small hardware stores are open. I called Outsurance seven times but in vain as no one assisted me and whilst trying to get help i have lost a lot of water. I am definitely taking away our business, motor vehicles as well as home insurance away from Outsurance. What a disappointment in a company I once praised and had faith in!
