Outsurance
Not interested!

I have heard Outsurance's adverts on the radio repeatedly on a daily basis but I have phoned for a quote and when I query that the quote is higher than my existing insurance the people that I talk to in the call centre do not seem very interested. I have left three messages for Lindy-Lee Timms to phone me because she gave me a reasonable quote in February (which has subsequently expired) but even she does not seem particularly interested in calling me back, perhaps I should just stick with my insurance company that I am with. Why advertise if you are not particularly interested in dealing with people that want quotes, really disappointing service to say the least!
