I regret the day I requested a quote from them

I've sent requests out for a couple of insurance companies to call me for a quote. The first call I got from OUTsurance was such bad quality that I couldn't hear a thing they were saying. They also ALWAYS promise that it will only take 7 or 10 minutes and then end up being at least 30 min. The next person who called me was really nice and it was a good quality call but he was VERY pushy and almost 'forced' me into accepting the quote. He kept on insisting for my bank details. If I didn't ask what they're planning to do with my bank details and just given it to them I'd have insurance now which I didn't accept. When he phoned me back later and I told him that I already have insurance the guy started asking irrelevant, personal questions and made it feel like he is attacking me. I hung up. Ever since they have been calling me at least twice a week and every time I yet again have to tell them that I'm not interested because I already have insurance. They are busy pestering me. I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF OR RECOMMEND outsurance TO ANYONE!
