Misleading advertisement R400 cash if

I spoke to a gentleman at outsurance this morning, 27 February 2013 trying to get a cheaper insurance. however I told him what I'm currently paying for insurance. we'll He could'nt beat my quote. his quote was R150 more and the access was R5000, he was very unprofessional after i told him that i'm not interested. not once's did he offer me the R400 that they claiming to give customers if they cannot beat your current quote.

very disappointed, you need to pull your false add on television and get rid of unprofessional staff. i don't need people to convince me to use their services and the benefits thereof, all i need is to save money.
