Outsurance - you get nothing OUT of them

I have been with them for 6 years for my Toyota Tazz. I have recently bought a Hyundai i20 and wanted to add house insurance and the quote I got for the new vehicle and house contents was double what other companies quoted me. When I sent through the cheapest quote I got to Outsurance, Estie said she can't better that quote and gave me a slight discount which still did not compare well. They advertise on TV and Radio all day that if they cant better another quote they will pay you R400 cash. Estie insists that only applies to new clients but nowhere in the ads to they say this - false advertising. Despite me needing a new quote for a new vehicle and new house contents which I never had before. It should apply to existing clients more than to new clients so as to keep the existing ones who have been paying Outsurance for years! I will be resigning from Outsurance this month.
