This is getting ridiculous

Absa's Revolving Loans Department's seriously the pitts!!! I pay my account on time yet yesterday out of the blue I received a call from one of their collections agents for the amount of R25.00. R25.00??? Every month, the service charge added to my account hence my installment of R750.00. Now for this month - mind you 18days after I paid my installment of R750.00, I get a call that i shortpaid the account with R750.00. I told you agent i do not have a problem paying the R25.00 but I must know what the charge is for. He advised that he does not know, the reference on the account is "service charge". He suggested I sort it out at one of your branches as they apparently put thru the charge. I did the transfer last night and low and behold, this morning I received yet another call regarding my "overdue account". Frankly, i dont appreciate this service from Absa Bank. I have been paying my account so what's with the collections calls?? I expect the courtesy of a response from senior management and I also expect this matter to be rectified.
