Still Waiting for A Call From Amanda Sim (Pathetic)

I received a call from ABSA Loans Collection on January 9th of whom I spoke to Railine Adam (Call Centre Rep) advising me I should pay R119 which is overdue on my loan account. My initial monthly premium was R672 per month for my ABSA Loan and I made arrangements in the month of November or December to start paying R1000 to settle my account quickly but I guess the lady I spoke to in the month of November did not stipulate that on my account and what is worse is that as a customer I don't even receive a "Reference Number" for the call, how pathetic!!! I advised Railine that I will not pay the amount of R119 as I have made prior arrangements. Railine was rude and was not able to tell me what was my last interaction with the previous REP. I requested Railine to request her Supervisor (Rebekha Bachoo) to call me but I never received any call back at all which is PATHETCI service again. A few days later I received a all from your collection department advising me that my account is overdue and I asked the REP that I requested a Manager or supervisor to call me back but that had not occurred. I requested to speak to a Supervisor, of which I spoke to Mrs Perumal. No Solution!!!
