I have spoken to a call centre angent at african bank to get my settlement amounts in February the agents name was Tallyman. He gave me the settelment amounts and it was paid. Now African Bank does not want to close those accounts and say that i still owe them money. How can you give me settelment amount over the phone and then say no. You have recordings of all the calls made and i suggest you go and listen to that recording and solve this problem ASAP.
