* people, they don't want to pay

I got involved in an accident with a Santam client and opened a claim and gave me the claim number and ontact details to contact his insurence. his insurance requested all the required documantions and I sent all of them. no one is is phoning me regarding the progress in the claim. i decided to phone them and they told me that they want affirdavit to prove what ever i sent the affirdavit and all the information i had bt still they don't want to fix my car. if their client to them i don't why they did'nt request the accident pictures from their client because i sent mines. I am very now, I wasted my money, my time and evrything chasing them. i will just take one step now. just gonna involve legal actions now cpz m sick and tired of them.
