Legal notice

I had a accident 5 months ago. I processed my claim with my insurance and all was sorted out. 5 months later i get served with legal notice? because a santam legal broker didn't complete his job, note im not your client. Instead of contacting me for insurance details which were already provided to his client and santam you decided to serve me with a legal notice, that states if I don't pay up his going to black list me. However who is at fault not once has this legal broker contacted me in the last 4 and half months. 2 weeks after the accident I was contacted by the broker of the same company and I provided all details. Now this broker wants to serve me with legal notice. Please Santam teach your brokers to communicate effectively and before they go out serving legal notices they need to do their homework as to who is right and who is at fault. if your client didn't provide you with details ok call me again nicely and ill provide it. Your broker only realise 5 months later that the work needs to be done, that too they go out serving notices. Unfortunately i think its terrible service to a non client to be served with a notice if your broker doesnt do his job properly!!!
