Yet another bad experience. Complaint 1 (Ref 26621548) Staff provided incorrect information regarding how soon we can re-apply for a re-advance. Staff informed us 6 months, and after faxing all the documentation, we were informed we need to wait a year! Complaint 2 (Case 01-4096845-2) Applied for car on website, was approved, again liaised with various consultants, and were told at the end of the lengthy process that since I live in Cape Town, I need to apply at the branch! Complaint 3 (latest): Ref no 4365178, 52373861, 37171573). Waited 1 year, and applied to access the funds. Called call centre, spoke to various agents, faxed through documentation. Every single time I had to confirm all my particulars for security checks, and I understand why. Waited for feedback, no one called. I then called, and found out my application had been cancelled, and assessment re-requested as they couldn't get hold of me. Spoke to a TL (Hayden), he confirmed that they had the wrong cell number! And yet I had to confirm my cell every time I spoke an agent! How pathetic! To top it off, the property evaluator came to our home (Alan and Vanessa) and the lady looked in our cupboards, WHY! Any relavance?
