HOME LOAN CANCELLED TWICE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

I write this complaint with utter disappointment regarding my Std Bank Home Loan Application.
I first applied for this home loan via a consultation with a std bank consultant at Std Bank Chatsworth on 10 April 2013. It is now almost ending May and my home loan is not approved as yet, and in fact it was CANCELLED twice without being notified by the bank.

When I first applied in April, within a week I was contacted by the bank, who needed some documentation for approval of the home loan. I sent through those documents with immediate effect via fax and email. A few weeks later, I contacted the bank to check the status, and was notified that my home loan was cancelled due to insufficient paperwork. Firstly, I was not notified that it was being cancelled. Secondly, I was not notified that there was paperwork still outstanding.

The consultant at the bank said that they will recapture this home loan and get all documentation from my previous application and I would be able to get status of my home loan soon. I called today to check the status, I was informed that my home loan was cancelled again without being notified. i am tired of doing this application with incompetent staff.
