4 months & still waiting for satisfactory response

I applied for an extension to my Access Bond facility 4 months ago. I faxed all the requested documents through to the Standard Bank home loans dept in April this year (2013) twice over. On checking, STB Bank response was that they had not received docs. I went into STD Bank's Boksburg branch to request assistance. They took all my documents and refaxed them to home loans. A couple of days later I was told that the application had been cancelled. I reapplied in June 2013 & I was told 2 weeks later by the on-line service - application declined. When I launched a complaint to the STD Bank's complaint's centre, a few days later I was informed that the application had been declined due to their staff not being able to interpret the Income/Expenditure. Why did they not call me if they could not understand? A further visit to STD Bank Boksburg & a new application (with explanations) received a further 'Decline' on affordability & no personal service. A further complaint to STD Bank centre received a totally unacceptable explanation! Is it possibly incompetence? Perhaps an antiquated system? Impersonal? No one cares? Discrimination? 4 months later & a still a most frustrated customer...
