NO RESPONSE ON PAYOUT!!!

We put in a claim with Green light benefit at Old Mutual Krugersdorp for Disabilty on predominant hand, they have now requested doctors reports for the last 5 years and they still have not responded or made an effort to help us! Each time we call them they request more reports from doctors, stating with all the they need to need these doctors report, i lost a finger i don't know how my back ache and other operations pertain to this. This has the be the worst service i have ever received and i regret ever taking out a policy with Old Mutual they treat me like and snap when we call to enquire, they lack the understanding and capacity to deal with their clients, especially someone who is traumatized by a horrid accident and loss of the use of his hand and fingers, they have never once tried to accommodate us or assist us, just each time sending us back for more doctors reports! this has been going on for 10 MONTHS! Thanks Irene Pillay for never once trying to help us! Your lack of human compassion shows!
