I can't do star jumps, PLEASE REFUND MY PREMIUMS

I have a policy with Old Mutaul for the past 2yrs now. Mid last year I was in a vehicle accident. I use to travel and consult. Since the accident I have limited functionality. I have now lost 4 to 5k a month since the accident. I have policies that safeguard me in this case. Now I have submitted claim documents for this temporary impairement. Old Mutual wants medical documents completed. The specialist requires R2200 to complete the documents. I'm paying R700 a month towards my policy. i have lost 4k a month and living hand to mouth. Now I'm required to pay R2200 for medicals that Old Mutual needs. I have come to a conclusion that Old Mutual should refund me all my disablity and income protection premiums because this is of no benefit to me. OLD MUTUAL WANTS MEDICAL DOCUMENTS COMPLETED THEN OLD MUTUAL SHOULD PAY FOR THE MEDICALS OR MY REFUND
