Im sending this on behalf of my husband, I phoned their help line offices and asked as per the call centre they extended his payments to 36 months, but NEVER told him they will stop his credit till his account is up to date, which means that the company do not inform the clients that if they extend the payments the customer cannot use the card till it is paid up fully, we have a credit over r1000 already accordingtheir statements that ythey send us, which is unprofessional also .as per E-mail underneath my husband send this off to their e-mail address also
