I had a car accident on the 28 feb 2013 some guy bump me at the back on the high way m1 to pretoria so he submitted my claim to his insurance so yesterday 19 -03-2013 they reply saying "wop"

so my complain is how can it be my fault if the client bump me at the back? if my brake fail how come I did'nt bump the guy in front of me it just doesnt make sense
