Doubled charged charged "Honering Fee"?

I had a double charge on my account for the transactions listed below. I am unable to call into standard bank directly as I am currently overseas in the United States, email communication is my only option. Listed below are the transactions.

2013-03-15 CHEQUE CARD PURCHASE LOAF N JUG #065264403460416619 9290 R 187.35-
2013-03-18 CHEQUE CARD PURCHASE LOAF N JUG #065264403460416619 9093 R 188.16-

I am assuming they are of different amounts due to the exchange rate, I was also charged an "Honoring Fee" which I am not sure what that is about. Please could someone contact me about this ASAP via email or contact me internationally at 1 701 213 9830
