I am now beyond irritated and I am about to come in and shut every single account held with this sorry excuse of a bank!

On Friday (4th Oct) transaction for R1950-00 for Comair went off my cheque account. It was reversed and my Cheque card was CANCELLED.

Miraculously ANOTHER transaction has gone off AGAIN for the EXACT same amount for KULULA of R1950-00. WHAT in the is this sorry excuse for a bank doing that transactions are being allowed to go through???

NOW my account is OVER and sitting on -R877-83! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT NOW!!! AND you had better make sure that I dont pay any overdraft fees for YOUR mess up because I will come in there and heads will roll! BUT WAIT... NOW I have been charged R120 for dishonouring fees... WHAT? How can a cancelled card even have a transaction go through it? HOW IS THIS MY FAULT??? NOONE has the courtesy as this bank to even get back to you! You hold for hours on the phone and not one person has come back to me on ANY of the million email lines I have tried...

DISGUSTED, HORRIFIED and DISTURBED that I bank with these bunch of and.
