Terrible Service from Customer Service team leade

I have my homeowner's insurance with Integer. I recently had a geyser burst. On the phone with Integer it was explained to me that I have to pay my excess of R1000.00 to the first service provider to come round, the plumber. When the ceiling team and carpet teams come, I do not have to pay anything extra. Since Integer claim to record the conversations, I would want them to dispprove this fact. This all seemed fine.

When the plumbers came they took R834.00 of the R1000.00 that I had left. I was shocked to discover that I had to pay another R1000.00 to the ceiling guys. I was told to call the customer service manager at Integer, Doret Hattingh on MOnday 11 March.By Friday 15th she had not come back to me. In fact, after promising she would revert on Friday, I called at 16:15 to find that their offices close at 16:00!

Today is Tuesday 18th March and I have not heard from Doret.

I want to get a better product from Integer where I pay less excess or change supplier. And they can get better customer service people in their team.
