On Saturday I reported to the Helpline on 0800 222 050 and Case Number 6517312 was opened. The reason why I phoned to report the is due to the fact that there went off numerous transactions to an online website that I was not aware of and I had nothing to do with it. The person informed me that my CHEQUE CARD WAS BLOCKED and that I should receive my new card within 5 - 10 working days. It came to my attention this morning, 29 November 2013, that there went off another transactions that stated CHEQUE CARD PURCHASE on my bank statement. How can my card be blocked and then there goes off another transactions to the same company than on the 23rd of November which I have reported???
