Have not received claim payout for 3rd party claim

In September 2012 i was involved in an accident where one of Miway's clients bumped into the back of my vehicle while i was waiting at a traffic circle. After a long process of sending through forms and reg papers and Miway making it as difficult as possible for me to get any money, they eventually agreed to pay for the claim and sent a release form that i needed to fill in and return in order for Miway to pay the funds into my account. I sent that form to the Email address provided on the form on 2013/01/10. I have still not received any money and have not heard anything from Miway. After such a long, arduous process to be relieved to finally receive the money and then just to be disapointed once more. It is dangerous for me to drive the car in the condition it is in, as the left back light and indicator do not work, and i have no means of paying for the damages myself.
