Continuos poor service

For the second consecutive evaluation by FNB on a property we wish to purchase we have been allocated the notorious Brian in the Springs area. He is constantly undervaluing properties and has had numerous complaints lodged against him regarding this. Once again he has given a low valuation of the property we wish to purchase! A competitors valuation came through at 5% higher than the purchase price while Brian's valuation came through at 85% of the purchase price! I will not waste my time attempting to challenge this and as I write this the aforementioned competitor will be receiving my acceptance of their grant. I would have preferred to have used FNB as I currently do all my banking through them. Next on the list will be the moving my banking portfolio to a more accommodating institution that values their customers!
