Just joined and already regret moving my Insurance

Logged a Electrical fault claim just after 8 this morning and was advised that Discovery will contact me. Just after 12 I still didn't receive a call so I phoned Discovery Insure just to be told that the person handling my claim is on sick leave and no Electrician was assigned to my claim as yet. Told the lady that the fact that a person is on sick leave is not my problem and she advised that she would appoint an electrician. It's now just before 15:00 and I phoned Discovery Insure a few minutes ago to check which Electrician was assigned to my claim just to be told once again that the person handling my claim is off sick and no Electrician has been assigned. There wasn't even a note on the system when the previous lady promised to assign an electrician. This is ridiculous Discovery. I think you should stick to Medical Aid rather. I only had exceptional service from Indwe Risk Services as well as Alexander Forbes Insurance and they constantly keep in contact and follow up. Think it's time to move back and i've only been with you for about a month.
