Disgusted Customer, what a let down

Afternoon,

i received an sms on thursday the 14th of March that i qualify for a break in my loan instalment saying i should visit the branch before the 19th March, upon which i was told my profile does not display this and i should contact the call centre i did and the automated service said i qualify and the call centre agent say my offer has expired.
then goes on to explain that they contact people a week before thier payday to choose their break. that she will escalate matter to supervisor and get back to me. none of that happened and was sent from pillar to post on Monday the 18thmarch for feedback and put on hold for more than 15min at a time.

its the 19th today, the last day on which i can exercise my choose a break option and no one has contacted me. i think it's very disrespectful to advertise something you are not going to exercise. it is something else had i contacted the call center and asked for relief, but this sms was sent to me.
