The date of debit orde

I am very disappointed in virgin money car insurance, the debit order was set to be paid on the 15th, but they took the money on the 14Th which was not allowed by the bank due to the incorrect work of virgin money. As a result i am not covered for the next 13days, until they correct there information.

This is NOT how insurance should be!!!
