On 13 May 2013 I phoned virgin money insurance to report an accident claim and the agent who registered my claim is Naseema Ismail. I was promised that my claim will be finalized within 7 - 10 working days but to date it is still outstanding. I was promised by Naseema that I will be updated almost daily with an SMS about the progress of my claim which does not happen. To my surprise and disgust I have to phone in virgin money in order to get an update about my claim. Tomorrow on the 3rd of June 2013 it will be 16 days since I reported the accident and it is still in progress. on 31 May 2013 I phoned in and I was told by Naseema that they are still waiting for medical report from hospital and the senior consultant who is assigned to my claim still has to go to the police station to check the police report. She further told me that I should go to the hospital to get the medical report and fax it to them. I am very disappointed and very angry with the poor service I have received from Virgin Money and I promise I will never advice any of my friends and people I know to take cover with Virgin Money. They very unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent.
