No account for divorced woman

I am trying to open a account with game. Rcs are financing them and they just phoned me to inform me that they can't assists me because I can't give them 3months bank statements. I had the same problem with Mr price but they eventually helped me by accepting a letter that was sighted and commissioned by the police. Why can't rcs do the same? I am a divorced woman and gets 5000 alimony every month. The first two months was cash and from this month I will get it in my bank account. I have more than R50000 in my bank account but still they refuse me. This is not unacceptable. I want to build up a good credit score but am struggling everywhere.
