Being transferred from one agent to the next, waiting at a branch for assistance for about an hour. No-one can help to activate online billing. The account has been activated, money has been paid into the account, but still no activation for online billing. Called the call centre and was transferred twice before holding and no-one getting back to me. No-one wants to assist and this is absolutely unacceptable, I will never open another accoutn with you again, I am also taking away my current account as you do not seem to want to help.
