Unlawful debit order transaction

I had a will drafted 15 yrs ago (joint will with my then husband), which was a free service from the bank. I've been divorced for over 5 years and have had a new will drawn up over 5 yrs ago with another institution. I've had no correspondence from the ABSA Will dept in the last 10 yrs and suddenly they deduct a will service charge from my account. After phoning them they tell me it is for a joint will for myself and my husband. Check your records and you'll see that my marital status is divorced! I've even changed my surname! I did not give them permission to debit my account and they don't even bother to give me a courtesy call to see if it is still valid. Disgusted!! After numerous mess ups and astronomical banking fees it is time to change to another bank!
