My Debit Orders Going Out - Without My Knowledge

I normally don't check my statements, but this last few months I see debits going out to a company called QVC, I picked it up 6 months ago, but this is happening over 2 to 3 years. When I did investigate, yes the member of QVC is not a male like me, but a woman. The Policy for the Time Share is on a woman's name, and the account number is mine, the other party (male)... id number is a woman, and the account number is mine..WOW... SO is this what you telling me... I can join your company, give u my id number and name... and I can use Peters Account Number... And when I sent my 3 months bank statement, the lady in QVC, cannot find the account holders name on the statement... lol... hello Peter... if you look on a bank statement you will find on the left hand side the account holders information... if you buy a car, house, boat, or Time Share, when a statement is asked, your bank gives you a printed copy of all your credits and debits going out, that's called a statement... but QVC still has to investigate who's account it is, even if they have the correct person's bank statement with a scanned copy of his id document... there is nothing to investigate...
