After being helped with no hassling with my claim, I do appreciatethat, however the experience that I encounter yesterday is unbearable. I took the car for repair and was supposed to get a courtesy car which I requested on Friday the 15/03/2013, and I was told everything is fine. On Monday I send an email to remind them about the car and no respond got I got. Eventually later I called and spoke to Randel or Grant if am not wrong, the thing is he promised me not to networked as the system shows I requested the car but it was not booked for me so he will do it for me, got an sms from him but with no details, I called him and he said I can go to Europcar and waited there as they are still busy cleaning and preparing it for me and while they doing logistics, I waited there tI'll late until decided to call again and only to get an answering machine which says they have knocked off. I was left stranded, innovation mans land, no transport to get me home. I was inconvenienced because I failed to submit my assignment, failed to attend the meeting, had to call a maxi taxi whichchatged me R600 and lastly being emotionally affected.
