NO ASSIGNMENT PAPER FOR A MARK I GOT

I submitted my management accounting assignment. I received an email from Mancosa requesting me to resubmit as they could not accept my handwritten assignment. To my suprise a colleague of mine submitted the same MA assignment which was hand written but hers was marked. I waited for the marks and did follow ups with the college for over 4 weeks for my assignment marks. I eventually had to go and write the exams without any marks for MA. I failed the exams and later on I was told that I had achieved a mark of 47% but they cant give me my assignment script as it is misplaced so where did they obtain the mark? The mistake was blamed on someone who has left the college and now i am left with the problem. I wrote the supplementary exam which I was told i had failed which i find hard to believe. I requested for remarking I was told that my request was late and I should write an email to request for my exam papers and Iwaited 3 weeks for an answer. I decied to re-register and was told the registration is closed. I tried to get Gyzalia to re register me as I was inconvenienced but she just told me to speak with DBN branch. I havent heard anything from them. SO DEMOTIVATED FOR 2ND SEMESTER
