IWyze left me stranded for 3 DAYS!!

On Tuesday, 07May2013, around 16h30 I locked my car keys in my car. I was in an area in Jhb where I knew no one.

I called my insurer to inform them about my situation and request them to send someone over to open my car for me. After staying on the line for over 5minutes I was routed to a helpdesk where a man informed me that "as you can see sir, its almost 17h00 and the call centre people are going home so there are only a few of them left so the best I can do now is take a message and email it to the call centre with 'HIGH IMPORTANCE' and they will get in touch with you Sir". I wasn't happy with this but what choice did I have?

I called back every 30minute interval but my calls were never answered. I ran out of airtime listening to the recording tell me how amazing iWyze service is. as if.

iWyze never called me back. I WAS STRANDED AND NEEDED MY INSURER TO LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISE AND THEY FAILED. I stayed in the cold in an open area for over 4hours until a friend came all the way from pretoria to assist me.
3 days later a call centre agent calls me to assist me. 3 DAYS LATER!!!
