I've been phoning your call center to arrange for a courtesy car as my car is going for repairs on Wed 06 Mar and I cant seem to get anyone, I was then transfered to someone who advised that the people who deal with courtesy cars are busy and will get them to call me back. That was last Friday (01 Mar). I called again today in the morning 04 Mar and same story that someone will call me back. Its now 16:15 and still no callback from Iwyze. I then called Iwyze back myself and this time no luck, IVR just goes on and on and then cut. All I want is to arrange for a car so i dont get stranded when my car is in for repairs, is that too much to ask from Iwyze?
