I had a claim with my insurer, and was given a car from europcar as a courtesy vehicle. Got my car back on 25/06/13, and returned the courtesy car. A week went past, they didnt refund my fuel deposit. I finally called them on 05/06/13 to enquire what was going on. They took my banking details AGAIN, and said they'd send the money. A few minutes later they called me back, asking if i can come to the branch the next morning to collect the money, since i dont live far, to which i agreed. Said i must come at 08h00, they'll be open

That night i went to work, had a 12hr shift, left work at 7h00' to be there at 8h00. Got there 7h45, they were not open. Waited till 8h20, then called the number supplied on the door. Spoke to Tshepo, told me he wud be there in 20min. I called again after 40 min, and he said to give him 10 min. Sat and waited for another 20 min, till i decided to leave. Only when i was almost home, he called and said to wait for him. I waited for him at a filling station, and he brought the money. When he gets there, doesnt even apologise for his behaviour, tells me "this is car rental, these things happen". After wasting almost 2 hrs of my time! Really disgusting service!
