My fiance was involved in an accident on 11 December 2012 and a claim (336173) was initiated on the same day. Until today nothing has been done about the claim. each day they send an sms saying that they are validating the claim. this morning i was told that they have not yet received an assessment report that was done by their assessor's in December 2012. they are quick at debiting our account but the service level is VERY POOR. i will not recommend anyone to use their facilities EVER.

Good customer service is speaking to your customer and give feedback every step of the way on the development of the service being provided. From me their Customer Service Rating is 0 (zero), I hope they don't ask me to rate them once this matters has been sorted out.
