Once off deduction but no delivery

In August 2013 I was contacted by this Company for a promotional offer for unlimited accommodation at a once-off deduction cost of R400, 00 for a limited period. I agreed and the deduction took place on 30 August 2013. To date I have not received any correspondence or notification of this offer. I have subsequently emailed the Company but to no avail.
